Dickson City Walmart |
| Welcome to Wal-Mart in Dickson City. No, not the supercenter down on Commerce Blvd by Target. The old Wal-Mart on Bell Mountain next to Wegmans. You know, the one that had the giant boulder crash into it in December of 1996. This place has been abandoned for some time. When the boulder fell from the rock face behind it and plowed through the walls and into the store, the company decided to build another store nearby and abandon this one. Since then, it's been surround by construction equipment and thought to be empty. However, our little journey into Wal-Mart proved otherwise. |

| There's not much to see outside. |
| There are, however, two bits of graffiti. |
| Around the back, things get a bit more interesting. It would appear as if the back of the building was patched up with aluminum. |
| And so we entered Wal-Mart through a door in the back and were greeted by the sight of lots and lots of "stuff." |
| Anyone need an oven? |
| How about a dishwasher? |
| There are a LOT of tables and chairs in here. |
| There are also quite a few red lockers near the front of the store. |
