Abandoned Mill

On a stroll through the the PA gamelands in Lake Township, we came across this barn-like structure. It wasn't too exciting, and appeared to be used to store some useless items.
Next to the barn were various metal objects.
Beyond that stood what appeared to be an old mill.
Next to the mill were two smaller buildings that didn't house very much. The first contained some PennDOT signs.
The second had mysterious wooden spikes with ribbons attached.
The mill itself was a bit more exciting, but not by much.
Inside was more PennDOT stuff and probably some things belonging to the quarry nearby.
If you need to go, you're going to have to hold it, because this toilet is out of order.
On the way out, we saw this old construction vehicle.
As we left the mill and the gamelands, we looked back at the old building. It almost looks like it could still be used for something.
