Abandoned Mill

On a stroll through the the PA gamelands in Lake Township, we came across a barn-like structure. It wasn't too exciting, and appeared to be used to store some useless items. Beyond that stood what appeared to be an old mill. Next to the mill were two smaller buildings that didn't house very much. The first contained some PennDOT signs. The second had mysterious wooden spikes with ribbons attached. The mill itself was a bit more exciting, and contained more PennDOT stuff.
